Join Kathryn Weir (Head of Cinema at the Queensland Art Gallery), Ted Gott (Senior Curator at the National Gallery of Victoria) and acclaimed author, film critic and curator Adrian Martin for a discussion of key themes in Kiss of the Beast, including the phenomenon of Hollywood monster movies, early adventure films and special effects, and the origins of King Kong in nineteenth century art and popular culture.
