I model characters/creatures, environment and hard-surface assets such as weapons, machine.
Normally I use either 3Ds max or Maya to model a low-poly 3D asset. As for high-poly, I model it in Zbrush.
I can retopologies the high-poly model in Maya too.
I also UV unwrap as well as simple rigging and simple animation
As for texturing, I do high resolution texturing using Substance Painter, but normally I hand-paint stylized texture using Body Paint 3D in cinema 4D, then give it a little finishing touch in PhotoShop or Clip Paint Studio.
