Wargaming Sydney is seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for writing and editing technical documentation for BigWorld Technology (the game engine that powers World of Tanks and other award-winning online games). You will work closely with our team of software engineers to create and maintain programming guides, technical user guides, release notes, and development digests.

The Role:
We require a story writer to work on an upcoming game title. We have a roughly developed game concept and characters. Torus Games is looking for a Writer to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term contract basis, two days a week.

In this role you will be required to create all written material on time and to design guide specifications.

The successful applicant must show production-standard skills in the following areas:

We have just begun full time work on our zombie game, Class 3 Outbreak! Part of the upcoming development involves writing up a compelling game-world and backstory that we can use to give our game some character. Story will be used throughout the game in the background to give the game context, through dialog, game objectives, an in-game journal, and potentially even for missions.
