The Let’s Make Games End of Year Party

Company

Let’s Make Games are having their end of year party for the Perth games development community, and they're planning to end the year with a bang! Taking a leaf out of IGDA Melbourne's book, the organisers at LMG are looking into crowdfunding via Pozible to raise funds for this year's event to make it as momentous as possible!

LMG do a phenomenal job for the Perth developer scene, so if you're a games developer in any kind of capacity from Perth, you've got no reason not to come along. The party is just a month away, however, it's more than plenty of time to pledge your support!

We have the venue booked and entertainment planned, but we need help from you, our community!, to make this party MEGA-AWESOME. We’re raising funds through Pozible to make sure we can provide enough food and entertainment for everyone that comes to the party. Help us make this party as awesome as possible and pledge your support at Pozible. There are shout-out rewards for any community member that donate $10 or more, plus corporate sponsorship options that include dedications on our showreel and high-fives!

So if you’re a fan of Let’s Make Games, help us out; the more money we raise, the better the party will be!

Well, that was fairly quick. The $300 goal was met after only a few days! Keep on pledging your support if you haven't done so already though to ensure this year's Perth dev celebrations will be even more awesome.

I have the necessary approval from the missus and I can't wait for a much needed relaxing brew and a chat to other developers. Aranda and I will be attending representing both Gnomic Studios (our part time indie team) and Immersive Technologies (our day job) :)

I am looking forward to seeing all of the demo reels!
