Senior QA sought to join established team.
Reporting to the QA Manager, this role will see the successful applicant work closely with producers, designers, artists, and developers, while supporting and developing junior QA staff.
Develop, oversee, and implement test-plan documentation.
Adhere to Tantalus' bug reporting guidelines.
Develop process improvements and other quality of life changes where necessary.
Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders and provide project status updates.
Flexible work hours available for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid grasp of JIRA and/or other project management/bug tracking software.
Able to self-manage, prioritise, and multi-task.
Proficient with Office and Google Doc suites.
3 years games software development experience.
A genuine enthusiasm and passion for the games industry.
Recent console and/or PC development experience.
Previous managerial or team leader experience.
Good sense of humour.
Must be eligible to work in Australia (we cannot sponsor working visas).
