1. Senior Programmers

Essential skills
- Strong software engineering skills
- Strong 3D programming skills
- Strong 3D maths.
- C/C++
- Handheld/Console experience (GBA/PSP/DS and/or PS2/PS3/XBox/Xbox 360/Gamecube/Wii)

Desirable
- Effects Programming/Advanced Rendering techniques
- Physics Programming
- Networking
- Optimisation

2. Programmers

Essential skills
- Strong software engineering skills
- Strong gameplay programming skills
- Working knowledge of 3D maths.
- C/C++

Desirable
- Handheld/Console experience (GBA/PSP/DS and/or PS2/PS3/XBox/Xbox 360/Gamecube/Wii)
- Effects Programming/Advanced Rendering techniques

3. Game Designers

Essential skills
- Ability to conceive, develop, test and prove new gameplay ideas.
- Ability to fully exploit gameplay mechanics and determine the many ways a mechanic can be utilised.
- Task driven with good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to personal development and sharing best practices.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Desirable
- Experience with prototyping.
- Strong scripting skills
- Art or programming background.
- Mod community background.

4. Level Designers

Essential skills
- Experience in world building, 3D level editing, gameplay testing and gameplay tools.
- Strong scripting skills.
- Ability to fully exploit gameplay mechanics and determine the many ways a mechanic can be utilised.
- Task driven with good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to personal development and sharing best practices.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Desirable
- Level design experience in the game industry.
- Ability to conceive, develop, test and prove new gameplay ideas.
- Experience with prototyping.
- Art or programming background.
- Mod community background.
