html problem - get new

hey-

what is the html code you put up the top of your page to make sure when someone visits your site they get the latest update- so their browser doesnt just load up a cached page?

e.g. I just changed the layout of the gallery on my site- i went to the online version to check it was working correctly and it showed the old one- i had to Shift+Refreh to show up the new one.

Try

in the header. Many proxies are slow to adopt the change, which is the problem you have now, so don't expect a magic fix.
