Firelight Technologies, centrally located on the corner of Flinders and Elizabeth St Melbourne, is looking for an experienced C++ Programmer to help create our next generation of interactive audio software for the games industry.

We create the FMOD SoundSystem product which is highly regarded, and used in many popular games, such as World of Warcraft, Guitar Hero franchise, Crysis, Call of Duty, Bioshock and hundreds more.

Duties involved will be either working on new features for the next release of our FMOD Designer tool, or working with support to maintain the existing Designer runtime API.

Experience with QT, the GUI API is a big plus but not necessary. Experience of at least 1 year in a C/C++ programming environment is required. No graduates at this time please.
University degree in Computing or CS is required.

Overseas travel is highly likely, as we travel to about 10 trade shows in various parts of the world per year.
Salary will range from 50k to 65k depending on level of experience and/or skill shown.
Possibility of bonuses.

Apply only by email w/resume to jobs@fmod.org
